"Guide for this category"

Built a farm that actually works on One Life Hardcore SMP, or a redstone contraption worth showing off? Farms & Redstone is where players share designs, so others can build them too.

Before You Start#

  • Log in to your website account and make sure your email is verified. You need both to create wiki pages.
  • Make sure it works here. One Life runs close to vanilla, but if your farm relies on a specific mechanic or game version, test it on the server first.
  • Search first. Someone may already have posted the same design. If they did, add your tips in the comments instead.

Posting Your Design#

  1. Press New page at the top of the wiki.
  2. Give it a clear title, like Iron Farm (2 villagers per cycle) or Hidden Piston Door.
  3. Pick Farms & Redstone as the category.
  4. Upload screenshots by dragging them into the editor, and fill in the template below.
  5. Press Save. Your page is live straight away.

The Template#

## What it does
One or two sentences, plus the output (items per hour if you know it).

## Materials
- 64x Building blocks
- 4x Hoppers
- ...

## How to build it
Step by step, with a screenshot for each tricky part.

## Tips & warnings
Where to build it, chunk loading, anything that can break it.
WarningAlways mention if a farm can be dangerous to build or use (lava, mobs, fall damage). This is a hardcore server: one mistake is permanent.

A Few Rules#

  • No lag machines. Designs meant to slow the server down aren't allowed, on the wiki or in-game.
  • Give credit. If you built someone else's design, link or name the original creator.
  • Keep it accurate. If you find a problem with your design later, update the page.
