1Who we are
One Life Hardcore ("we", "us") is a community-run Minecraft server network, run by its owner, IkBrian. The website is how players create an account, link their Minecraft and Discord accounts, open support tickets, read and edit the wiki, and support the server.
One Life Hardcore is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.
2Your account
- You need to be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age for online services in your country, if that's higher) to create an account.
- Keep your login details to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account - if you think someone else has access to it, change your password and open a ticket.
- Only link Minecraft and Discord accounts that are yours.
- One account per person. Accounts made to get around a ban or a restriction will be removed.
3Acceptable use
When you use the website, you agree not to:
- harass, threaten or abuse other players or staff, or post hateful, sexual or illegal content;
- post other people's personal information;
- spam, advertise other servers, or post misleading information on purpose (in tickets, the wiki or anywhere else);
- vandalise the wiki or remove other people's work without a good reason;
- try to break, overload, scrape or get unauthorised access to the website;
- impersonate staff or another player.
The same server rules that apply in-game apply here too.
4What you post
You keep ownership of what you write and upload - ticket messages, wiki edits, comments and images. By posting it, you give us permission to show, store, edit and keep it for running the website and the server. Wiki edits can be changed by other players, and the wiki keeps a history of every version.
Only upload things you have the right to share. Staff can edit, hide or remove anything that breaks these terms or the server rules.
5Tickets & appeals
Tickets are how you get help from staff, report players, and appeal bans or deaths. Be honest in them - staff decisions are based on the evidence available, including server logs. Staff do their best to answer quickly, but we can't promise a response time or a particular outcome.
6Purchases
Store purchases are handled by Tebex, our payment provider, and are also covered by Tebex's own terms. Ranks and perks only affect One Life Hardcore. All purchases are final - we don't give refunds. That includes when you're eliminated: One Life Hardcore is a permadeath server, and losing your life is part of the game.
7Moderation & suspension
We can warn, mute, restrict, suspend or ban accounts - on the website, in-game or on Discord - when someone breaks these terms or the server rules. You can appeal through a ticket.
8Availability & changes
We run One Life Hardcore in our free time and can't guarantee the website or servers will always be online, error-free or available in their current form. Features can change or be removed. The website is provided "as is", and as far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using it.
9Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we make a significant change, we'll announce it on the website or Discord. If you keep using the website after that, you accept the new version.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law (the laws of the Netherlands). If you live elsewhere in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your own country - nothing in these terms takes those rights away.
