Died because of a bug or lag?#
Open a Death Appeal. Tell staff what happened, and add a clip or screenshots if you have them.
Staff can see what the server looked like when you died: the server's speed (TPS), your ping and how you died. If lag or a bug caused it, you can be brought back.
ImportantA death caused by your own mistake can't be appealed - that's the One Life deal.
Banned and think it was a mistake?#
Open a Ban Appeal and explain why. This also covers being flagged as an alternate account by mistake, for example when you share an internet connection with a family member.
Reporting a player#
Seen someone cheating, griefing or breaking the rules? Open a Report a Player ticket. Add their name, what happened, where and when, and proof if you can - a clip is best.
TipSomeone just being annoying? You can ignore or block them yourself.
