A big one! The Discord revamp is finished, your gear on Discord now looks just like the game, and our network plan got a full update. Let's go through it all. 🎒

✅ The Discord Revamp Is Done

The rework we started in our last update is finished. Here's everything that changed:

• 🗂️ Every channel is sorted into clear categories with a matching look, from server info at the top to the community chat below it
• 📚 The old forum channels are gone. Server ideas, memorials, guides and stories now live on the [Wiki](/wiki), where they're easy to find
• 📝 #wiki-updates shows what's happening on the Wiki: new pages, edits, comments and new death pages
• 🎮 The server chat shows tips, survival milestones, votes and restart warnings from the game
• ✨ And everything below: your gear as real game pictures, new icons in the chat and cleaner death posts

💎 New: a Supporter-Only Chat

Supporters now have a private chat room of their own in our Discord, just for Rare, Epic and Mythic supporters. When you buy a rank in our store, Tebex gives you the matching supporter role on Discord automatically, and the chat opens for you. Just connect your Discord account during checkout.

🛡️ Your Armor on Your Character

When you share [inv], your character now actually wears your armor, just like in your inventory screen:

• ⚔️ Every armor type, from leather to netherite
• 🎨 Dyed leather in your own colour
• ✨ Armor trims in their real pattern and colour, so your Flow, Silence or Wayfinder sets finally get seen
• 💜 Enchanted pieces get a soft glint
• 📱 Bedrock players now show up with their own skin too, instead of Steve

🏷️ Renamed Items Show Their Real Name

Renamed a sword with /itemname (or an anvil)? Your [item] card now shows that name in its own colours, instead of just "Netherite Sword". Names from an anvil are in italics, like in-game. Halloween items show their own names too, gradients included. 🎃

🖼️ Cards That Look Even More Like the Game

• 🔤 A pixel font in the Minecraft style
• 🖼️ The real window frames and slots from the game's own screens, for [inv], [enderchest] and shulker boxes
• 📦 Shulker boxes shown inside an item now look like the real thing
• 🧥 Leather armor icons no longer show up as a blank placeholder

🎮 New Icons in the Discord Chat

The [Server] and [Website] tags after names in the Discord chat are gone. Instead, every name starts with a small icon:

• 🎮 sent from in-game
• 🌐 sent from the website chat

💀 Cleaner Death Posts

Death posts on Discord got a fresh look. Each post shows:

• ☠️ The player and how they died, linking to their profile
• ⏳ How long they survived, and when they joined
• 💬 Their last words
• 📊 Their main stats, side by side

🎃 When Halloween Ends

The Halloween event ends at midnight on November 1st. From then on the creatures stop showing up, and normal mobs stop wearing pumpkin heads. But:

• 🎁 Your trophies stay. Every Halloween item you collected is yours to keep, and they keep working
• 🐾 Caught a creature? If you name-tagged it, put it on a lead or in a boat or minecart, it stays. Every other Halloween creature disappears
• 📊 Your Halloween stats stay, forever

🗺️ Our Network Plan, Updated

The Network page got a full update, and it's no longer just a plan: work has started. 🛠️

• 🏰 One shared network: both hardcore servers behind one interactive lobby, with a portal to each. Same community, same Discord, same website
• 💎 Ranks that carry over: supporter ranks work on both servers, one vote gives you the Voter rank on both, and playtime ranks are earned fresh on each server
• 🌍 Already in progress: server [2] is taking shape on our test server, with custom terrain in all three dimensions, the new Dappled Forest biome and a ton of features already brought over. See the first screenshots of its End and Nether on the page
• ✅ One Life runs smoothly: done, and marked complete on the timeline
• 🖥️ Next up: a good, stable dedicated server for the whole network, rented from a provider or self-hosted

Both routes to a dedicated server take money to make happen, so every supporter rank helps us get there. Your support is always appreciated! 💙

Almost everything on One Life runs on plugins we built ourselves: 33 of them, plus a fully custom website with its own wiki, admin panel and ticket system. Now you can see them all in one place.

• 💀 Semi Hardcore: a 2-week ban when you die instead of a permanent one, full custom generation, and a ton of extra custom features
• ☠️ Extreme Hardcore: no passive health regeneration and permanent death, with a revival system to bring someone back, and full custom generation
